It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.

When will the mall be open?

As of July 2026 we are in contact with a broaker and a lender. We plan to open doors in 2027. 

How much will each space cost?

We will be competitive with local antique spaces. For example current rent for spaces tends to run in the $2.50 per SF of booth space. Shelf space and locked counter will be a fixed rate depending on the location and size ($80-$150 estimate). Details about this will be shared with all prospective vendors as we move forward. Signing up for a potential spot is not a contract and you will have the oportunity to pass if chosen. 

When will I know if I have a spot?

We will work dilligently to look through all applicants and send contracts within 3 months of opening our doors. In the mean time we will keep all prospective vendors updated on our progress. 

What will the commission charge be?

We plan on a 10% commision on all goods sold from booths to help cover credit card costs and other expenses. 

Do I have to sign up to work?

No! We may work out a plan to discount booth rental with some individuals as we progress but it will never be mandatory. 

Why sign up now?

As a formor vendor I know how few spaces there are in the columbus area to rent and sell antique/vintage. I suspect the spots will fill before the mall opens. The sooner you get your foot in the door the better chance you have to get a space. 

Will you only host antique and vintage booths?

I do plan on adding some artisan vendors to the mall but it will be 10% or fewer of the spots available. So please feel free to apply with a description of your work, link to social media, and or photo.
